Transforming Passion into Practice.
Cultivating wellness through a yoga and barre studio.

Conceptualisation

I'm proud to present one of my passion projects – On Good Ground, a yoga and barre studio based in Singapore. My co-founder and I embarked on this journey with the goal of creating an inclusive space that promoted mindful movement for everyone, irrespective of their fitness levels or familiarity with yoga and barre. Today, after two years of tireless effort, branding, marketing, and constant engagement with our growing community, On Good Ground has thrived in many ways.

The development and subsequent growth of this venture have provided me with invaluable insights into the wellness space in Singapore. From understanding the diversity in fitness preferences to capturing the spirit of inclusivity in our brand, the journey has been a deep dive into the pulse of this fast-growing market.

Building a community

We're incredibly proud to have expanded our community dramatically in our second year. Today, our studio is frequented by a diverse range of practitioners, from beginners seeking to explore yoga and barre for the first time to advanced yogis and barre enthusiasts looking to deepen their practice.

Diversifying Class Offerings

We've also increased the variety and frequency of our classes, tailoring them to our members' needs and feedback. We introduced specialty workshops, beginner's courses, and advanced classes, each being well received by our community. Our team of skilled, passionate instructors has also grown, offering an even richer experience for our members.

I'm incredibly proud of what we've built with On Good Ground. It is more than just a business case study; it's a testament to the power of clear vision, strategic planning, and constant engagement with the community we serve.
